Price and plans

How much does the electronic business card cost?

There are two plans. Brand Presence costs £79 and Business Add-ons costs £129. Both are one-off payments in pounds sterling. The price includes a PVC card; a wooden card adds £50 and a metal card adds £100. You see the full total, including any extras, before you pay at checkout.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No. Both plans are paid once. There is no monthly or yearly fee to keep your profile live, and your profile can be edited for life. This is one of the main differences between our card and products that sell a cheap card and then charge a recurring fee for the profile.

What is the difference between the two plans?

Brand Presence covers your public profile: details, social links, documents, a blog, products, testimonials, a gallery, templates, password protection, contact display and analytics. Business Add-ons includes everything in Brand Presence plus tools for following up, such as a CRM, a card scanner, review requests, bookings, enquiries, contact leads, subscribers, forms and export.

Are there optional extras?

Yes. You can add logo printing for £20, a custom card design for £30, or removal of our branding from the card for £20. If you do not need a physical card at all, the digital-only version costs £9 less than the plan price. These options are shown on the electronic business card page before you add the card to your basket.

The card itself

What materials can I choose?

PVC comes in Black, Green, Brown and Blue. Metal comes in Black and Gold or Black and Silver. Wooden comes in White Bamboo or Original Bamboo. Every material carries the same tap-to-share chip and printed QR code, so the choice is about look and feel rather than function.

Will it work with every phone?

The card has two ways in. iPhone XR and newer, and most Android phones with NFC switched on, open the profile with a tap. Any phone with a camera that reads QR codes can scan the printed code instead. The other person does not need an app either way. Our guide to saving an electronic business card on iPhone and Android shows the steps from their side.

Does the card need charging or batteries?

No. The chip has no battery. It draws a tiny amount of power from the phone that taps it, only for the moment it is being read. That is why it works at very short range and why there is nothing to charge or replace.

Can I change my details after the card arrives?

Yes. The card points to your online profile rather than storing your details on the chip, so you can edit your profile whenever you like and every card you have handed out will show the new details. Profile edits are included for life at no extra cost.

Ordering and delivery

How do I place an order?

Choose your plan, material and colour on the product page, add any extras and go to checkout. You pay securely online. Once your order is confirmed, you receive an email with your order details, and you then set up your profile. Our guide on how to set up and share your electronic business card walks through that stage.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is free; checkout does not add a shipping charge. Our order confirmation states that orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. The time in transit after dispatch depends on where the card is going.

Warranty and returns

Is there a warranty?

Yes. As set out in our terms and conditions, physical cards carry a 12-month manufacturing warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If a card is defective, we replace it free of charge when the defective card is returned.

Can I return the card if I change my mind?

Returns are covered by our refund and returns policy, which sets out the time limit, the condition the item must be in and who pays for return postage. Because cards are often personalised with your name or logo, please read the policy before ordering a custom design.
